Primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage the Newborn Screening nationwide registry database and NSRC’s website
- Facilitate the newborn screening facilities’ application and accreditation
- Take charge of custody and safekeeping of official records, documents and publications of the office and authorizes their issuance
- Establish and maintain an active and continuing program for the management, preservation, and disposition of records; authenticates copies of documents and prepares reports
- Receive, read, classify and distribute incoming correspondences and checks and classifies signed correspondences before they are released for mailing
- Assist in the evaluation of programs and activities of the unit
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: at least 6mos work experience
Civil Service Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)

Applicants should submit to the Human Resource Division, 8th Floor, UP-PGH Bldg., Taft Ave., Manila, the following requirements:
1. A letter stating the position applied for;
2. Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212);
3. 1 x 1 picture (colored);
4. Civil Service Commission Certificate of Eligibility;
5. *Transcript of Records;
6. *Certificate of Seminars/Training attended;
7. *Service Records or Certificates from previous/present employers stating the positions assumed and corresponding actual duties and responsibilities;
8. *Performance Appraisal Reports for the last two rating periods (for current government employees only).
*Where photocopies are filed, the documents must be certified as true copies by the proper authorities or the applicant may present the originals to the Human Resource Management Officer.
